When Planning Becomes Procrastination: Lessons from Agile Adoption in Germany

Over the past year, I’ve had the privilege—and sometimes the headache—of coaching Agile teams in several German companies. As a Brit who has worked with organizations across Europe, I expected a few cultural differences. But nothing quite prepared me for the German approach to planning.
